Hi, I’m Joan
I am a fitness and nutrition coach, small business owner, and midlife wellness advocate—but first and foremost, I’m a real person just like you. I’m a mom to three amazing young women, married to my college sweetheart, and dog mom to Tucker, who keeps me on my toes (and forces me outside, rain or shine).
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me paddleboarding in the summer, playing pickleball, tending to my house plants, experimenting in the kitchen, or traveling whenever I get the chance. I’m also a bit of a personal growth junkie—I love learning about the Enneagram and anything that helps us better understand ourselves and the people around us.
What I Do
I help women in midlife take control of their health through realistic, sustainable fitness and nutrition—without guilt, extremes, or spending hours in the gym. I know how easy it is to put yourself last, and I also know how powerful it is when you start prioritizing your well-being. That’s why I’ve built my business around simplifying health and making it feel doable—so you can build strength, boost energy, and feel at home in your body again.
