Live virtual group fitness class. 60 Minutes of heart-pumping, fist-bumping movement combined with a supportive and fun community. This workout is a combination of strength, cardio, balance, core and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome - modifications provided for most moves. Camera on or off - it’s up to you! You’ll need a mat and a pair of dumbbells - but don’t stress if you don’t have those. Bodyweight will be just fine.
