This is a LIVE, interactive experience where you’re not just watching—you’re part of it. I coach you in real time, offering modifications, motivation, and guidance so you know exactly what to do and how to do it safely. Frequently Asked Questions
1. What if I’m not tech-savvy? Will it be hard to access the classes?
Not at all! If you can check your email and click a link, you can join a class. I’ll send simple, step-by-step instructions, and if you ever have trouble, I’m happy to help.
2. I haven’t worked out in a long time. Will this be too hard for me?
Nope! My program is designed specifically for midlife women at all fitness levels. I offer modifications for every movement, so you can go at your own pace and still get results.
3. Do I need any special equipment?
Most workouts only require a mat and a pair of dumbbells (and even those can be swapped for household items if needed). I keep it simple so you can get started without a big investment.
4. What if I miss a live class?
No worries! Every class is recorded and available for replay, so you can do it at a time that works best for you.
5. I don’t like gyms because I feel self-conscious. Will this feel the same?
Not at all! You’re in the comfort of your own home, and you don’t have to turn your camera on if you don’t want to. This is a judgment-free space where you can move at your own pace without worrying about anyone watching.
6. How do I stay motivated if I’m working out alone?
You’re not alone! If you join the live sessions, you will see all the other women just like you showing up and working hard. It’s truly inspiring. If you choose to do On-Demand videos, you’ll still have access to a supportive community of like-minded women through our chat group. Plus I provide accountability and encouragement to help you stay consistent.
7. What if I have knee pain, back pain, or other injuries? Can I still participate?
Yes! I provide modifications for common aches and pains, and I encourage you to listen to your body. If you have specific concerns, let’s chat so I can help you find the best approach.
8. Will this actually work for me at my age?
Absolutely! Strength training, mobility, and intentional movement are key for women in midlife to maintain energy, bone health, and overall strength. My program is designed specifically for your stage of life, but we have participants who are well into their 70’s and they are still going strong!
9. Do I have to commit to a set schedule?
Nope! You can join live classes when it works for you or follow the replays at your convenience. Flexibility is built in so you can fit workouts into your lifestyle, not the other way around.
10. What if I try it and decide it’s not for me?
No problem! If you decide it’s not the right fit, you can cancel at any time. My goal is to help you find a movement routine that you enjoy and can stick with long-term.
