Frappucino Shake

This is my favorite shake of all times. It’s delicious and nutritious, and filling. I highly recommend trying this.


Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Coffee protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (sunflower seed or almond are my favorites)

  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower (or ice)

  • 6-8 oz almond or cashew milk

Instructions
