THE MIDLIFE GLOW UP WAS CREATED FOR YOU!! IT IS A GROUP COACHING STYLE PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES YOU WITH A REAL PLAN OF ACTION PLUS A COMMUNITY AND COACH TO SUPPORT YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
You choose your focus for the program - MOVE, NOURISH or a HYBRID of both. The Midlife Glow Up 8-Week Group Coaching Program begins on Feb 3—and runs through March 30.
During these 8 weeks, our main objective is simple yet powerful: to help you establish habits that will upgrade your life and get you your GLOW UP! You’ll have the flexibility to choose your path from three tailored options:
1. MOVE:
If you’re not in a good fitness routine or currently not strength training, this is where I recommend you focus. MOVE will help you build a sustainable and effective fitness routine.
2. NOURISH:
If cooking feels stressful, you struggle with food prep, know you’re not getting enough protein, or simply want to improve your diet, NOURISH is your path. It’s all about making nutritious eating simple, manageable and tasty.
3. HYBRID:
Can’t choose just one? No problem! The HYBRID path allows you to combine elements of both MOVE and NOURISH based on your unique goals and challenges.
We spend the first 2 weeks deciding your focus, setting a clear plan, and gathering your resources to learn and grow!
Then, we get into ALL OUT ACTION to reach that goal. You experience your GLOW UP transformation.

What's Included

Move
- ProgressiveFitness Plan to follow with guided workout videos you can do at home or at the gym. Joan will guide you step by step through warm up, lifting and cool down.
- Choose your Level - Level 1: Ideal for those new to structured exercise or getting back into a routine. Starts with two foundational workouts per week, gradually building to four. OR Level 2: Designed for those with some experience with lifting weights. Begins with three workouts per week and progresses in intensity and frequency.
- System to track your workouts for accountability (not mandatory)
- Workouts change up frequently variety and progression
- Video tutorials for individual exercise demonstration
- Modifications available for exercises based on your needs (injuries, limitations, etc)
- Mindset coaching to help you create momentum and success in strength training
- Equipment recommendations for home gym set up

Nourish
- Nutrition Plan to follow (customizable based on your preferences - from super simple with hardly any cooking to more creative if you love to try new recipes)
- System to track your nutrition to make sure you are on track with your fuel (optional)
- Food Prep Videos - Individual video tutorials for countless recipes including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Dessert
- Macronutrient tutorials to ensure you are hitting your protein goals
- Mindset Coaching so you can break through roadblocks related to healthy eating
- Food Prep Tutorials - step by step video lessons to guide you through so you can finally food prep like a pro!
- Grocery Store Tips, Tricks & Tools - so you can navigate the grocery store with ease
- This is for YOU regardless of your preferences (vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and it can work for intermittent fasting as well)
Not like other programs!
This is not an all-or-nothing program. You won’t feel restricted or like you can’t enjoy life’s pleasures, such as travel or dining out. Instead, it’s designed to be simple, strategic, and to fit seamlessly into your busy life.
The goal is to help you prioritize your health by establishing routines that ground you, giving you stability, confidence, and empowerment. When life throws you curveballs, you’ll be able to stay aligned with your values, with self-care always at the top of your list.
The program is laid out step-by-step, so you can move from feeling overwhelmed and frustrated to confident and empowered. It’s designed specifically for the woman who is juggling multiple responsibilities—whether it’s raising and launching kids, caring for aging parents, managing menopause symptoms, or navigating the ups and downs of this transitional time.

To support you in your journey, so you get live access to me and you get to connect with the group. You’ll get coached on topics like mindset, habits, and strategies to support you in reaching your goals no matter what your focus is.

A community of other women and coach Joan to guide you on your journey. Inside the community, you can ask questions, share struggles, learn from each other and feel supported throughout the 8 weeks together.

Complete with resources to guide you step by step through your journey, as well as group coaching call replays, worksheets, recipes, etc.

To fill out as you map out your focus and 1:1 feedback on that form from Joan.

Taking place inside the FB group so you have the opportunity to share your struggles, celebrate your wins, and document your progress. These check-ins are to help hold you accountable and keep you on track toward your goal.

I have been a fitness and nutrition coach for 25+years and I have spent the majority of my life creating and leading communities of women. I am enthusiastic, passionate and empathetic.
I am right there with you as a woman in midlife. In this transitional phase, we experience life changes, physical adjustments, a roller coaster of emotions and loads of mental challenges. This transition is TOUGH, but together we can make sure you reach your goals, while staying true to your values AND enjoying the process.
We are not meant to do hard things alone. This group and this program will simplify the process and allow you to create the future you dream of!
