The Midlife Self Care Strategy is a three day workshop for women 40 + who want to learn my simple step by step, self care strategy that you need in midlife in order to create healthy habits that last and to live a long and healthy life.

Inside this workshop, you will learn the importance of having a plan for our self care instead of just winging it. You will also learn simple strategies and tactical tips to create and implement a self care strategy so you can create solid habits and routines & rituals that align with your desired identity AND your calendar.

Discuss tips to reinforce your fitness and nutrition habits
Introduce strategies to bounce back after getting off track
Apply the SIMPLER method to your personal wellness journey
