I have been a fitness & nutrition coach for over 25 years. I got certified in aqua aerobics at the age of 18 and that was just the beginning of my love for my career in wellness. How cool is it that I get to help others live their best lives!
Whenever I am leading a group exercise class, showcasing a healthy recipe in a cooking class, or gathering women for a fun event, I am in my element! I feel fully alive and I feel so grateful for the opportunity to positively impact someone’s life.
I realize that the impact I can have from one class is fleeting, but the impact I can have from making a recommendation can leave a lasting impression.
