I’m Joan, a fitness and nutrition coach passionate about helping women in midlife feel strong, energized, and confident. While I love the flexibility of online coaching, there’s something special about in-person experiences—the energy, the motivation, and the friendships built along the way.
That’s why I offer a variety of in-person opportunities to help you move, nourish, and connect in a way that feels meaningful:
